Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and commercial inquiry purposes. You may not:

Quotes and Orders

Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Listed prices on the website reflect current standard-model pricing and may change without notice; the quote we send you is binding for its stated validity period. Orders are confirmed by signed agreement and deposit payment. Custom builds and modifications follow a separate scope document.

Payment

Standard payment terms are a deposit at order confirmation with the balance due at delivery. Custom builds may follow a milestone payment schedule documented in the order agreement. We accept cash, certified check, wire transfer, and credit card (with a processing fee).

Delivery

Delivery is scheduled after order confirmation and site-access survey. You are responsible for site preparation, including pad or foundation, utility hookups, and access road readiness. Delivery dates are estimates; we communicate any schedule changes promptly. Risk of loss transfers on delivery and acceptance.

Site Prep and Permits

Site preparation, foundation work, septic and utility hookups, county or city permits, HOA approvals, and any other land-side work are your responsibility. We provide engineered drawings and TDLR documentation to support your permit application. We do not pull permits on your behalf.

Warranty

ATX Container Homes warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in your order documentation, typically one year from delivery on standard models. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage from improper site preparation, modification by third parties, weather events exceeding documented wind-rating, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, ATX Container Homes is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of use, arising from the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us under the relevant order.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, photos, drawings, logos, designs — is owned by ATX Container Homes or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without our written permission, except for brief excerpts in commentary or review.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
